Sports massage
Sports massage involves soft tissue work combined with passive and active stretching.
The goal is to reduce pain, encourage recovery through lymphatic drainage, improve performance and prevent future injuries.
Careful assessment will allow us to understand the presentation of your symptoms, and help us establish a treatment plan to optimise movement and prevent any compensations.

Why Greenberg Health ?
Auryn’s journey led him back to London playing his favourite sport again, and where he found himself drawn those suffering from chronic pain, including lower back pain. This new chapter started at AIRE Ancient baths in London.
Having a fervent desire to make a difference, Auryn is currently studying at the British School of Osteopathic Medicine. His goal is to show everyone it is possible to get better with the right guidance and…

Comfortable active wear, ideally shorts, sports bra, t-shirt - anything that is flexible for training, or easy to remove when treating.

Depending on your personal circumstances, working-out 2-3 times a week is usually a good amount to aim for.
